A customer from Newport Pagnell had us look at their Kenwood range oven as it was taking to long to heat up.
It turned out that it needed a new bottom element – fitting these elements are slightly different to a normal one as you have to take them out from the bottom.
We fitted the new element and now it’s working perfectly again.
