We went to see a customer from Neath Hill as the conditioner draw wasn’t taking the conditioner for the wash.
It turned out that the dispenser draw was blocked – we unblocked it and advised our customer that the draw should be soaked and now it’s taking the conditioner and clothes are smelling fab again.
