We went to see a Bosch washing machine for a customer in Bradwell Common in Milton Keynes because they had a draining issue.
They had tried to open the filter at the front and broken it so the machine had to be taken apart to get into the pump.
As you can see we found a few things – it’s amazing what finds its way into the pump and blocks your machine.
It’s now all cleared out and working perfectly.
